Better than the
Box Brownies
I think brownies are my weakness...
Nuf said...
Ingredients:
3/4 c. Flour
1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp. Baking powder
1/3 c. + 2 1/2 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
1 1/2 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Oil
1/4 tsp. Salt
11/2 tsp. Vanilla
3 Eggs
Preheat the oven to 180/350 degrees.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Beat oil, and sugars. Add in vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in the flour mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
